I'm David East, a consultant ENT surgeon for over 30 years who, until February 2009 worked at the Manor Hospital, Walsall as a general ENT Surgeon, specialising in ear surgery.

I have been practising as an Expert Witness for nearly 30 years. During that time I have completed over 4000 reports.
I have written 350 reports in the last 12 months.
I have attended Bond Solon courses on Report Writing, Single Joint Expert, Medical Negligence and Civil Procedure, including Part 35.
I have attended every Bond Solon Conference for the last 5 years
I have been involved in high-value clinical negligence cases.

Having practiced as a consultant ENT surgeon for over 30 years, I have extensive experience in all types of ENT surgery, so my medicolegal practice includes personal injury matters affecting the ears, nose and throat, thousands of cases of noise-induced deafness, and my speciality is Clinical Negligence, where it involves ear surgery.
My base is Spire Little Aston Hospital, Sutton Coldfield, but I can examine clients at any Spire or Nuffield Hospital in the UK.
